Tracey Y. Baker-Simmons

​​Tracey is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hwy 58 Media. She is a 20-year production veteran in film and television.  Her journey into the entertainment industry began at Warner Brothers Music in the marketing and promotions department, which eventually spurred her interest in film production. Baker-Simmons produced national commercials and hundreds of Music Videos for LeRoux Pictures and Westside Stories in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2002 she produced the independent feature film The Book of Love, starring Sallie Richardson, Robin Givens, Treach of Naughty by Nature and Richard T. Jones of Judging Amy.  In 2005, Tracey created the pop culture phenomenon-Bravo reality series Being Bobby Brown, starring controversial music legends Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston. Then in 2010, in a joint partnership with Rainforest Films, Baker-Simmons and her partner Wanda Shelley executive produced MTV2’s Sprite Step-Off, which debuted to record breaking ratings for the network. In the same year, Baker-Simmons received an Emmy™ nomination from Southeast Region - National Academy of Arts and Sciences for Platinum House, a show that she created and executive produced with R&B legend Keith Sweat.  Tracey also taught production for four years as part of the senior seminar at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Baker-Simmons holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance and is also an active member of PGA, NYWIFTV, Entertainment Master Class, and White House Committee ECCO. 
Tracey previously served as the Head of Development for the New York based production company, Jarrett Creative and oversaw development of all Non- scripted projects. While at Jarrett she was responsible for the development of series such as TNT’s Boston Finest, TLC’s Alaska Women Looking for Love, LMN’s I killed my BFF, TVGN’s Rock the Boat (featuring New Kids on the Block), and several other series. She also brought Jarrett the Lifetime's series “The Houstons: On Our Own” which premiered October 24, 2012 starring the family of late Whitney Houston. Tracey served with Seth Jarrett, Julie Insogna-Jarrett and Wanda Shelley as Executive Producers and Showrunner.

Eric L. Harris

Eric L. Harris is Co-Founder, COO and CFO of HWY 58 Media, LLC. Prior to HWY 58 Media, Eric spent more than fifteen-years in manufacturing at global organizations in operations and corporate finance roles. Eric honed his craft in multiple industries from Aluminum, Food Industry, and Medical Device manufacturing.  

Eric has held senior leadership roles throughout his career. As a former Vice President of Finance and Controller, he successfully led a cross functional team in developing a five-year strategic plan, delivering $65mm in profit. He also led two successful Investor Relations departments in different industries and spearheaded communication during one of the Company’s strategic negotiations, which led to a purchase worth $6 billion. 

Eric is passionate about attracting, developing and coaching individuals and teams to understand the current situation, and then go beyond today to where new opportunities exist. 

Eric has a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mercer University Stetson School of Business and Economics.   

Janea D. Harris

​Janea D. Harris is the Director of Development of HWY 58 Media, LLC. Janea has an extensive background in large scale Project Management and Implementation. She began her career as an educator at both the secondary and post-secondary level.  Her love for film and television brought her to HWY 58 Media. She has always been an avid reader and exceptional writer. She has a very natural knack and gift for shaping story.  Most recently she served as an Educational Software Implementation Manager, where she managed the process of implementing individualized learning software for use in school districts throughout the Southeast. She is passionate about developing content that is both thought provoking and inspirational. Since joining the team at HWY 58 Media, Janea has spearheaded the development of several film and television properties as well as overseeing the development of several unscripted projects. 

Janea has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Mercer University and a Master of Education, with an endorsement in Technology from Notre Dame College.
